Refund Policy

At Skillcase Education Private Limited, we are committed to maintaining a transparent and fair refund process. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or programs.

1. General Policy

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees paid towards any course, program, or service are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be requested only within the first 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the commencement date of the Student's classes.

To be eligible, the Student must submit a written refund request to info@skillcase.in within the above-mentioned period. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under any of the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is submitted after the first 15 calendar days from the commencement of classes.
  • The Student has partially attended the course or missed scheduled classes.
  • The Student voluntarily withdraws from the course for personal, professional, financial, medical, or any other reasons.
  • The Student remains absent from classes without formally requesting a refund within the eligible period.
  • The Student is suspended or removed from the program due to disciplinary action or violation of the Company's policies.
  • The Student experiences technical issues arising from their own devices, internet connection, software, or any other factors beyond the Company's control.

4. Course Cancellation by the Company

If Skillcase cancels a course or program in its entirety before completion, the Student will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that course.

5. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment wherever feasible. Refund processing may take up to [7–14] business days from the date the refund is approved, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.
